Noise & Curfews
If you are holding wedding events at a rental home or other location near or in a residential area, please be respectful and mindful of your neighbors. The Dare County Sheriff’s Department has a noise ordinance in place for all of the Outer Banks and the office considers a noise violation to be any noise, (music, people, vehicles) that a neighbor can hear inside of their home.
