The Chicamacomico Banks Fire/Rescue is hosting its annual chili cook-off on Saturday, September 18th. The event lasts all day, so bring your family and your appetite! The event will be held in the tri-village at the Cape Hatteras KOA campground on the Rodanthe oceanfront.

In addition to sampling some delicious chili, there will also be hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks and homemade desserts! Be sure to check out the raffle prizes and live music! The kids are sure to love all of the children’s games that are planned!

All proceeds benefit the Chicamacomico Banks Fire/Rescue. The fire and rescue is entirely volunteer on Hatteras Island, so come out and support this great cause and show appreciation for those who keep locals and visitors safe!
