Summer is just around the corner, but cold tolerant locals and visitors have a chance to enjoy a dip in the ocean well before the temperatures heat up.

Local non-profit organization Locomotion, the Cape Hatteras Teen Association, will be hosting its Second Annual Seal Swim on Saturday, March 7, starting at 10 a.m. on the oceanfront behind the Outer Banks Motel on Highway 12 in Buxton.
